We understand things change so please contact the venue you're booked to visit and we'll do everything we can to re-schedule your booking. All bookings are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you have to cancel or make changes +7 days before, we'll do everything we can to reschedule your event using the deposit as credit. Within 3–6 days of your event, there is a 25% cancellation fee and less than 48 hours there is no refund.
Absolutely, yes! We can help you organise your party or event making it an unforgettable experience. If you have a group of +13ppl fill out the function enquiry form on our website and we'll help you get everything booked!

Nah, we’ve got you covered. Our bar and kitchen keep the good stuff flowing. Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed (unless it’s a birthday cake — then we’ll talk).
Anything you can move, throw, swing, or celebrate in. Closed-toe shoes are a good idea for most activities. Fancy dress is 100% welcome — bonus points if it’s ridiculous.
Yep. Every player needs to sign a waiver before they play. It’s quick, easy, and just means you know the rules before you dive in.
Yes, but only after hours. You’ve gotta be 18+ to party with us after 5pm (licensed venue rules). Daytime sessions may allow younger guests with an adult — check the activity details when booking.
We recommend it! Booking ahead guarantees your spot so you’re not stuck watching other legends have all the fun. Walk-ins are welcome if we’ve got space, but we can’t promise it.
Sessions run from 25min and you can stay as long as you want! Often groups come to play a few activities back to back so our average visit is usually a couple of hours. Remember there's food and drink on offer as well so we've got everything you need for a great time!
